Lisa Marshall serves as the Women's Ministry Director at Calvary Chapel Snowflake, with a heart to see women grounded in God's Word and connected in genuine community. Married to Senior Pastor Dave Marshall, Lisa has walked alongside this church family for nearly 25 years, investing in the lives of women across every season of life. Her passion is creating a space where every woman feels welcomed, known, and equipped to grow in her faith.

Marcus Marshall has been serving the youth of Calvary Chapel Snowflake for 12 years, pouring his life into the next generation with passion and purpose. A graduate of Calvary Chapel Bible College, Marcus brings solid biblical teaching and a genuine love for students to everything he does. His heart is to see young people encounter the living God, grow in their faith, and become lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Bob Bartlett serves as the Administrative Pastor of Calvary Chapel Snowflake, keeping the day-to-day operations of the church running smoothly so that ministry can thrive. Over the past several years, he has been a steady and faithful presence behind the scenes, ensuring that the church is well-organized and equipped to serve its congregation and community.

Pastor David Ordonez has been faithfully serving the Spanish-speaking congregation of Calvary Chapel Snowflake for over 10 years. With a heart to see every person encounter the truth of God's Word in their own language, Pastor David has been instrumental in building a vibrant and growing Spanish-language ministry within our church family. His dedication to his congregation reflects a deep love for his community and an unwavering commitment to the Gospel.
