Dave Marshall

Pastor Dave and Lisa MarshallPastor Dave decided to serve his community as a Police Officer. He worked many gang and narcotic details within the city of Santa Ana. During his time at the Santa Ana Police Dept., his lifestyle had not changed much from his youth. That changed when Pastor Dave met his future wife, Lisa, and she encouraged him to get his life right. The only way that would happen, was through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

In 1994 both Pastor Dave and his wife, attended Costa Mesa Calvary Chapel where they surrendered their life to their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Not long after their surrender, they moved, and were serving at Calvary Chapel Bible Fellowship in Temecula when he took an early retirement. During the years spent in Temecula, before and after retirement, they studied under the tutelage of Pastor Clark Van Wick, who sent them out into ministry.

Marshall FamilyIn 1999 Pastor Dave felt the Lord calling him and his wife to Snowflake to start a women’s safe house. For seven years they operated the women’s shelter, taught midweek Bible Studies and conducted Sunday Studies as well. During this time, the safe house grew into a church. In 2007, a Baptist church in Snowflake asked Pastor Dave to become their pastor. After months of Prayer and Bible Studies with the leaders of the Baptist Church, God opened the door and both churches merged to become Calvary Chapel Snowflake. Pastor Dave gives God all the glory for the awesome transformation that He has done in his life!
